Broken Down

Childhood is something that is essential, it is something that should never be taken away from others. However, what happens when it is forcibly taken away? Destruction and the breaking down of yourself. Innocence is something that can be found by default in every child, they ask questions, they see the world with bright eyes. Yet adults destroy these children’s innocence, adults break the creativity and wonder that lies beneath a child and trample it into small little insignificant pieces. Even after being broken, as the child grows older, they try to fix themselves, however the scars always remain, the past is never forgotten.
